Please note that all of our services are for the enjoyment of relaxation and celebration. In compliance with state and local regulations, certain procedures and elements of those procedures, can not be performed by a mobile spa. If you have a medical condition or chronic issue that needs attention, it is best to seek medical assistance for treatment in those areas, rather than our services.
Relaxation Spa ReTREATment:Lay comfortably with a warm aromatherapy neck wrap topped with a cool lavender compress, and our "cooling Therapearl eye masks" as we take you into a meditative state; all while receiving either a soothing scalp or hand massage. The ultimate in relaxation! (Does not require disrobing, nor messes hair or make-up) This treament requires an isolated room away from noise and guest traffic, in a quiet setting. Massage
Full Body Swedish Table Massage:A classic stress-relieving, full body massage that uses varied strokesof gliding and kneading to promote circulation, relaxation, and an overall sense of well-being. (Not available for those undergoing chemotherapy treatments, or women in their first trimester of pregnancy.)
Non-Invasive Massages: (Does NOT require disrobing)Enjoy the benefits of a head, neck, back and shoulder massage without laying on a table or having to disrobe with either our Chair Massage orSPArties Shots mini aromatherapy massages for hands, feet or neck/shoulders.
Hand & Feet Treatments In compliance with state laws, full manicures and pedicures can only be provided at a licensed stationary salon or spa where the facilityitself (not just the statff) has passed an inspection - not at your remote location. Since all of our events are "mobile," SPArties Mobile Day Spa does NOTprovide full manicures and pedicures. See warning message at the bottom of this page for more info . Nail Polish Applications or Hand/Feet Massages: Simple nail polish applications (with no nail cleanup) are available for your event; however, mini aromatherapy massages for hand and/or feet are recommened and more suitable in a party setting - particularly where food and beverage is served, and nail polish "odor" or drying time for wet nails is an issue (as in corporate settings). Mini hand/foot massages are also more cost effective for those with a lower budget (please see our SPArties Shots) All guests nails must be clean and clear of any polish prior to the beginning of this treatment. We can not remove polish. Polish applications require running water, a proper disposal facility, and a well-ventilated area away from food and beverage. For our customers health, and in compliance with state laws (see warning information below), there is never any cutting, trimming of nails and/or cuticles during our services. This is simply a "feel good - look good" service for entertainment only. We do not do nail art, artificial tips, gels, or acrylics of any kind.
Face Scalp & Facial Massage: A relaxing treatment that improves muscle tone and facial skin. Relaxes and relieves they eyes, facial muscles, headaches, sinuses and eyestrain.
Facial Treatments: Included in this relaxing treatment is a thorough cleansing, gentle exfoliation, steaming, mask, toning, and a moisturizing facial massage. This treatment requires running water and a proper disposal facility. For our customers health and safety, and in compliance with state laws, there is never any extractions, peels, or procedures performed in this treatment that can potentially "break" the skin. This is simply a "feel good" relaxation service.This treatment is NOT recommended for groups of 6 or more or in a public setting where food and beverage is being served, but would rather be best done at intimate private party with less guests and proper facilities. In compliance with state laws, this service is not availabe in FL on a mobile basis/at your location. In FL this service may only be provided at a licensed, stationary salon/spa. Makeup Application: In lieu of facials, in which we would remove makeup, we suggest makeup applications for your events where there will be food & beverage served or you have groups of 6 or more in a public setting. Women always wish to see themselves "enhanced" rather than "exposed." We can provide everything from mini-makeovers to special event glamour, as well as eyelash tipping/extensions and eyebrow shaping bars!
We also offer on-site hair and makeup for special events & bridal parties!
Spa Event Planning & Consulting Spa Management:Includes a dedicated spa director and on-site facilitators who consult, develop, attend and manage every aspect of your event, along with a complete staff of certified/licensed and insured technicians to provide your services. Important Warning Message to Consumers Regarding Services: Complete Manicures & Pedicures/Certain Facials (Clipping/Cutting/ Shaving/Extracions/Peels) are ILLEGAL on a mobile basis. They can NOT be provided outside of a stationary spa/salon.
*State Health Regulations - In compliance with various state regulations, not all services are available in every location: It is illegal to perform full Manicures/Pedicures (considered cosmetology) and certain facials outside of a stationary salon/spa. In compliance with the state laws (FL & NJ in particular, in which it IS illegal) and to maintain our high-quality standards, as well as for our customers' safety, SPArties does NOT perform those particular services. For our customers health, as well as the state licensing requirements, there is never any cutting, trimming or cutting of nails and/or cuticles during our mani/pedi services; nor are there any extractions or peels in our facial services - nothing that can potentially "break" the skin. This is simply a "feel good-look good" service for relaxation and celebration or in cases where someone is declared homebound for medical reasons. As a consumer, please be aware that any other mobile operation doing so is performing them ILLEGALLY and has not passed an inspection to come on to YOUR location, and therefore, you are at a greater risk for unsanitary conditions and the spread of infection, including HIV, AIDS and tuberculosis. Although the technicians themselves or their STATIONARY salon may be "licensed," YOUR location, or the establishment in which the nail services will be given in, must pass an inspection and be a "licensed nail salon/shop" in order to have any nail services done there. Most private homes, hotels, and businesses do not undergo such inspections; and therefore, do not carry such a license. Please note that in addition to charging you for illegal services, they are also subject to large fines and cease and desist actions towards their business and possibly your event. For further verification on these regulations, please contact your state Cosmetology Board or Department of Business and Professional Regulations, or click on the links below to read the official statues and warning messages from the Department of Consumer Affairs. Additionally, Massage therapists must be licensed (FL & NY) or certified (NJ) in the state in which they are providing services and may be verified through the AMTA or local state boards. SPArties provides all massage services in each state we operate.
